Google Local Services Ads, run
like the phone line they are.

Local Services Ads sit above everything else on Google, carry the Google Guaranteed badge, and charge you per lead instead of per click. For service businesses they are usually the first paid dollar. We set them up, keep them ranking, and make sure the calls get answered.

Google Local Services Ads are the listings at the very top of the results page for searches like "plumber near me" or "HVAC repair," the ones with the green Google Guaranteed check mark. They work differently from Google Ads: you pass a background and license check, you pay per lead rather than per click, and your position depends on reviews, responsiveness and hours as much as on budget. That makes them the best-value paid channel for most home service, legal, medical and professional businesses, and a channel that punishes a slow phone.

We manage Local Services Ads for businesses across Orange County and the rest of the country: the verification process, the profile, the review velocity that decides ranking, the weekly lead disputes that recover money on junk calls, and the response process that turns a lead into a booked job. It fits alongside Google Search and the Google Business Profile, and we run all three as one local plan.

//What you get

What Local Services Ads management includes.

Verification and setup

Business, license, insurance and background checks submitted correctly the first time, so the badge arrives in weeks rather than months.

Profile and job types

Service categories, job types, service area and hours set to match what you actually do, because a wrong category means paying for the wrong leads.

Review velocity

Reviews decide LSA ranking more than budget does. We build the ask-flow that keeps them arriving every week, from real customers.

Weekly lead disputes

Wrong numbers, spam, out-of-area, and jobs you do not do get disputed on a schedule, so you stop paying for leads that were never leads.

Response process

A missed LSA call is a paid lead lost and a ranking penalty. We help set up who answers, how fast, and what they say.

Reporting on booked jobs

Leads, disputes recovered, booked jobs and cost per booked job, alongside your Google Ads and profile numbers in one report.

//What is usually broken

Why your Local Services Ads underperform.

01

The profile has been "pending verification" for two months because a document was uploaded wrong and nobody chased it.

02

Calls go to voicemail during the busiest hour, so Google ranks you lower and the paid lead books the next company.

03

Nobody disputes the junk leads, so you pay for spam, wrong numbers and jobs outside your service area every week.

04

Reviews arrive twice a year in a burst, and the competitor with a review every three days holds the top spot.

//How we work

How we run Local Services Ads.

01

Get verified properly

We prepare and submit the license, insurance and background paperwork, then chase it until the badge is live.

02

Set the profile to win

Categories, job types, service area, hours and bidding mode chosen for the jobs you want, with the ones you do not want excluded.

03

Feed the ranking

A review ask-flow by text and email that your team will actually use, plus responsiveness monitoring, because those decide the position.

04

Manage the leads weekly

Disputes filed, leads reviewed, the response process checked, and the cost per booked job reported every month.

Want this for your business?

That is the process.

Nothing exotic, just done properly and in the right order. Want it run on your business?

//Common questions

Things we get asked first.

What are Google Local Services Ads?

The listings at the very top of Google for local service searches, marked Google Guaranteed or Google Screened. You pass a background and license check, and you pay per lead rather than per click. Ranking depends on reviews, responsiveness and hours as much as on your budget.

Which businesses qualify for Local Services Ads?

Home services like plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning and pest control, plus legal, real estate, financial and some medical and wellness categories, with the list expanding. We check your category and your market before recommending it.

How much does a Local Services Ads lead cost?

It varies by category and market, and Google sets the price per lead. The more important number is what a booked job costs after disputes, which is what we report. For most service businesses it compares well with a paid search click that may or may not turn into a call.

Can you dispute bad leads?

Yes, and it is a big part of the value. Spam, wrong numbers, out-of-area requests and jobs you do not do can be disputed for credit, and it has to be done consistently. We do it weekly.

Should I run Local Services Ads or Google Ads?

For most service businesses, Local Services Ads first, because they charge per qualified lead and sit above the map. Google Search layers on once that is producing, for the searches LSAs do not cover. We run both as one local plan with the Google Business Profile.

Why is my Local Services Ad not showing?

Usually one of four things: verification incomplete, a low responsiveness score from missed calls, too few recent reviews, or a budget that ran out early in the week. We diagnose which, and fix it in that order.
