A medical and healthcare marketing agency
for practices people choose on trust.
Healthcare is the hardest category to advertise in and the easiest to get wrong. The platforms restrict what you can say, the privacy rules restrict what you can show, and the buyer is choosing someone to put hands on them. We run marketing inside those limits and still get the phone to ring.
Most agencies treat a medical practice like any other local business, then discover the hard way that the rules are different. Ad platforms restrict health claims and gate whole categories behind certification. Privacy rules govern what can be shown, tracked and said about the people you treat. And the buyer is not comparing prices on a commodity, they are deciding who to trust with their face, their weight, their teeth or their spine. Marketing that ignores any of those three gets an account suspended, a page that converts nobody, or both.
We run medical and healthcare marketing for practices, med spas and clinics from our base in Irvine, California: local search so you appear when somebody nearby is choosing, ads written to clear policy, a website built to make a provider worth trusting before the first call, and print and direct mail when the neighborhood is the market. The receipts are on this site. A Westlake Village med spa went from page two for most of what it offers to 138 non-brand keywords in Google's top three, and one campaign put more than 80 people in the room.
//What you get
What medical marketing includes.
Local search and the map
The Google Business Profile, near-me searches, service pages and reviews. For a practice with a location, this is where most new patients start and where most agencies stop.
Ads that clear policy
Search and social campaigns written to the health rules, with the landing pages built to match, so the account stays eligible instead of being limited a week after launch.
A site built for trust
Providers named with credentials, treatments explained plainly, prices where you are willing to publish them, and a booking path that works on a phone.
Reputation made visible
The reviews you have already earned, surfaced where people decide, plus a simple ask-flow so new ones keep arriving.
Print, mail and events
Treatment menus, magazine placements and Every Door Direct Mail for the neighborhoods around the clinic, designed in-house and delivered print-ready.
Privacy-aware measurement
Reporting built around calls, texts and consult requests, set up with the sensitivity of a health business in mind rather than bolted on afterwards.
//What is usually broken
Why medical marketing usually stalls.
The practice ranks for its own name and little of what it actually offers, so it only reaches people who already knew about it.
The ad account gets limited or disapproved because nobody wrote the campaigns or the landing pages to the health rules.
The website hides the providers behind stock photography, and the one thing the buyer wants to judge is the person.
A five-star reputation lives on one platform and never shows up where somebody is actually comparing two clinics.

Most owners recognize at least one of these. The fix is usually smaller than the problem looks, and the first conversation costs nothing.

//How we work
How we run a practice.
Start with what people search
Deep keyword research into how people near you describe the treatments you offer, which is rarely the clinical name. That list decides the pages, the ads and the priorities.
Build the pages that answer them
A real page per treatment, written plainly, with the provider, the process and the proof. This is the work that turns a name-only presence into a footprint.
Advertise inside the rules
Campaigns and landing pages written to platform policy from the first draft, with the certification work handled where a category requires it.
Report on calls, not clicks
Calls, texts and consult requests, reviewed monthly against what the practice can actually staff. Volume nobody can answer is not a result.

//Two-minute quiz
Is medical marketing your next dollar?
Four questions. At the end you get our honest read, including when the answer is “not this, not yet.”
Question 1 of 4
When somebody nearby searches for a treatment you offer, where do you appear?
//Why trust us with it
Why a practice should trust us with it.
We have run one, in public
Method of Beauty is a physician-led med spa and the entire engagement is published on this site, including the parts other agencies would leave out.
We respect the privacy line
We do not publish patient photos, names or reviews tied to a treatment, and we build measurement with the sensitivity of a health business in mind. Your compliance counsel stays the authority.
No promised rankings or patient counts
Nobody can guarantee a Map Pack position or a number of new patients. We promise the work, honest reporting, and a fast answer when something is not paying.
Everything stays yours
The website, the ad accounts, the profile, the content and the reporting stay in the practice's name.

Things we get asked first.
What does a medical marketing agency actually do?
For a practice with a location: local SEO and the Google Business Profile so you appear when somebody nearby is choosing, a website that names your providers and explains your treatments plainly, ads written to clear health policy, reviews surfaced where people decide, and reporting on calls and consult requests rather than clicks. For a med spa it usually also means print, direct mail and events, because the neighborhood is the market.
How is healthcare marketing different from ordinary marketing?
Three ways. Ad platforms restrict health claims and gate some categories behind certification, so campaigns have to be written to policy or they get limited. Privacy rules govern what you can show and track about the people you treat, which changes how measurement is built. And the purchase is a trust decision, so the provider, the credentials and the reviews do more work than any slogan. We plan for all three from the first draft.
Can you get ads approved in a restricted medical category?
Often, and it depends on the category and the claim. Some categories need a certification, some need the landing page rewritten, and some cannot be advertised at all on a given platform. We will tell you which of those you are in before you spend, rather than launching and hoping.
Do you publish patient photos or reviews?
Not tied to a treatment, and not without consent that is the practice's to give. On our own case study for a med spa we publish no patient photos at all. Your compliance counsel remains the authority on your obligations, and we build the work to sit comfortably inside them.
How long before a practice sees new patients?
Paid search can produce calls within weeks, because the intent is already there. Local search and the map build over 60 to 120 days as the profile, the pages and the reviews compound. We set the expectation for your market and category in month one and report against it honestly.
Do you work with practices outside Orange County?
Yes. We are based in Irvine, California, and we run local search for practices across the country. The map works the same everywhere, and we research each market rather than reusing a template.
What kinds of practices do you work with?
Med spas and aesthetics, medical and wellness practices, dental, and adjacent healthcare businesses that serve a local area. We do not take work we cannot do well, so if your category needs a specialist we will say so.
