1. Who we are
Mining Wells LLC ("Mining Wells," "we," "our," or "us") is a marketing and growth agency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when you visit miningwells.com, contact us, book a consultation, or receive communications from us.
2. Information we collect

Communications. When you email, call, text, or otherwise correspond with us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information from business research and outreach. As part of normal business development, we may collect publicly available professional information, such as a business name, a role, a work email address, or company details, to assess whether our services may be relevant to your organization.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site, using cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information

- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on consultations
- Contact you about your inquiry, our services, and offers we believe are relevant

4. Consent to be contacted
By submitting your information through our website, contact form, or booking tools, you agree that Mining Wells may contact you about your inquiry and our services.
If you provide your phone number, you expressly consent to be contacted by Mining Wells at that number by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including for follow-up and marketing related to our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling us during a call, or emailing us at the address below. We will honor your request promptly. Reply HELP to any text message for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with the service providers who help us send messages is limited to what is needed to deliver them, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
5. Our outreach and your choices
We conduct business-to-business outreach by email and other channels to organizations we believe may benefit from our services. If you receive a message from us and would prefer not to hear from us again, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us at the address below, and we will remove you promptly.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended without them. We use third-party analytics tools, currently Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, that collect usage data on our behalf.
We may also use advertising tools from Meta and Google that place a cookie or pixel so we can show ads to people who have visited this site. Under California law this is considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically: when your browser sends it, those advertising tools do not load for you on this site.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share website usage information for targeted advertising as described in section 6, which you can opt out of. Phone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from that: as stated in section 4, no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Beyond that, we share information only in these limited cases:
- With trusted service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics providers, under agreements that require them to protect your information
- With professional advisors such as our lawyers and accountants
- With authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing, turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To exercise the others, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by law.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and the adults who run them. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
12. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
13. Changes to this policy
