//Direct Mail & Print
Every Door Direct Mail that lands in
the right mailboxes, and gets measured.
EDDM is Every Door Direct Mail, a USPS service that reaches every address on the carrier routes you choose. The mailbox is the least crowded channel your customers have. Every Door Direct Mail puts a physical piece in every home on the carrier routes you choose, for less than most digital clicks, and a QR code tells you exactly what it produced. We plan it, design it, print it, bundle it and walk it into the post office.
Direct mail works for local businesses for a reason that has not changed: a well-designed piece in a mailbox gets looked at, and there is almost nothing else in there competing for attention. Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) makes it affordable, because you choose USPS carrier routes by neighborhood and income instead of buying a list, and the postage is a fraction of first-class. The catch is the execution. The offer has to be worth a trip, the piece has to be designed for a three-second glance, the routes have to be chosen with the map open, and the bundles have to meet USPS standards or the post office sends them back.
We run direct mail campaigns for businesses in Orange County and across the US, designed in-house to the same standard as our digital work. For a med spa client, one EDDM mailer for a summer party, with Meta ads to the same neighborhoods at the same time, put more than 80 guests in the room. We handled the offer strategy, the piece, the carrier routes and the printer, through to the USPS drop. Then we tracked the RSVPs, because a mailer with no way to measure it is a guess with a stamp on it.
//What you get
What a direct mail campaign includes.
Offer strategy
The reason to act, the deadline, and the mechanics, decided before any design. The offer decides most of the response.
Route selection
USPS carrier routes chosen by neighborhood, household income and distance from you, with the map open and the math on cost per household.
Design and copy
A piece built for the three seconds it gets on the way from the mailbox to the kitchen: one promise, one offer, one way to respond.
Print management
The right size and stock for EDDM, proofs checked, print-ready CMYK files delivered, and the printer managed so it arrives on time.
USPS preparation
Bundles counted, facing slips filled, indicia correct, paperwork done, and the drop made at the post office so nothing bounces.
Tracking and reporting
A QR code, a dedicated landing page, a phone number or a code on every piece, so you know what the mailer produced.
//What is usually broken
Why direct mail has not worked for you before.
The piece was a menu of everything you do with no offer, so nobody had a reason to act before it hit the recycling bin.
The routes were chosen by zip code instead of by household, so half the pieces went to apartments that were never going to convert.
There was no QR code, no landing page and no way to measure it, so the campaign was judged on a feeling.
The bundles were prepared wrong and the post office rejected the drop, a week after the event was announced.

//How we work
From the offer to the drop.
Decide the offer and the goal
An event, a seasonal push, a new service, a neighborhood you want to own. The goal sets the offer, and the offer sets the piece.
Choose the routes
Carrier routes mapped against your customers and your best neighborhoods, with the cost per household calculated before anything prints.
Design, print, prepare
The piece designed and proofed, printed to EDDM specifications, bundled with facing slips, and walked into the post office.
Track and report
The QR scans, the page visits, the calls and the RSVPs counted, so the next mailer is planned on evidence.

Is direct mail your next dollar?
Four questions. At the end you get our honest read, including when the answer is “not this, not yet.”
Question 1 of 4
Do your customers live or work within a few miles of you?
//Why trust us with it
Direct mail run by people who mail.
We have done the whole thing
Offer, design, routes, the printer managed through to the USPS drop, and the tracking, for a real client, with 80+ guests to show for it. Not a referral to a print shop.
Design to a digital standard
The same people who design your site design your mailer, so the brand is the same in the mailbox and on the screen.
Measured, like everything else
Every piece carries a way to track it. We report what the mailer produced, not how nice it looked.
Honest about fit
Direct mail suits local businesses with a real offer and a service area. If that is not you, we say so before anything prints.

Things we get asked first.
What is Every Door Direct Mail?
A USPS service that delivers your piece to every address on the carrier routes you choose, without buying a mailing list. You pick routes by neighborhood and demographics, the postage is far cheaper than first-class, and the pieces are bundled and dropped at the post office. It is the most affordable way for a local business to reach every home nearby.
How much does a direct mail campaign cost?
Postage, printing and the work. EDDM postage is a fraction of first-class, and printing depends on size, stock and quantity. We give you a cost per household before anything is designed, so the decision is made on the math, not on a mood.
How do you measure direct mail?
Every piece carries a way to respond that we can count: a QR code to a dedicated page, a tracked phone number, a promo code, or an RSVP link. The mailer for one client's summer party was measured in RSVPs and in the 80+ guests who came.
Do you handle the printing and the post office?
Yes, all of it. We manage the printer, check the proofs, prepare the bundles with the USPS facing slips and paperwork, and take the drop to the post office. The most common way a mailer fails is a rejected drop, and we do not let that happen.
What kind of business does direct mail work for?
Local businesses with a service area and a real offer: med spas, dental and medical practices, restaurants, home services, gyms, retail, real estate. It works less well for businesses without a local footprint or an offer worth acting on, and we will say so.
Can you also design the piece?
Yes, in-house, to the same standard as our digital design. Postcards, folded mailers, menus and the landing page the QR code points to, all in your brand.
