How We Put Method of Beauty on the Map

A physician-led med spa with a five-star reputation, page one for its name, and page two for most of what it sells. One summer later it is found for the treatments it offers, its party was packed, and its ads cost a fraction of what the industry pays.

80+

guests at the summer party, from one campaign

406

new keywords ranking on Google, from zero

138

non-brand keywords in Google's top three

60%

below the industry average cost per click on Meta

The goal

Put the practice on the map: found for the treatments it sells, seen by the neighborhoods that matter, and easy to say yes to.

The challenge

Method of Beauty was not a struggling business. It had a five-star reputation and excellent providers. Too little of that was visible where people were choosing.

Page one for its name, page two for what it sells

Search the practice by name and it was there. Search for most of the treatments it actually sells and it sat at the bottom of page one or on page two, and 406 of the searches it ranks for today it did not rank for at all.

No presence where people compare providers

When someone nearby searched for a treatment and weighed their options, the practice was not in the ads and not in the results, so the choice went to whoever was.

The neighborhood had never been asked in

The practice sits minutes from thousands of the exact households it serves, and none of them had received an invitation, an offer, or a reason to walk in.

//Google Ads · Meta ads

Ads built on what people actually search for.

  • //Deep keyword research into what people near the clinic search for when they choose a provider.
  • //Two high-converting landing pages built for that traffic: one for medical weight loss, one for tox, filler and aesthetics.
  • //Strategic search campaigns with the messaging built around those searches, and sitelinks straight to the pages that convert.
  • //Bidding on clicks while the account is young, with a person reviewing the search terms every week.
  • //On Meta, an offer-led creative with the injector's name and credentials, shown to women within a short drive of the clinic.

Below the industry average cost per click on Meta for traffic campaigns.

3.1x

The click-through rate of the first creative, once we tightened the audience and rebuilt the ad.

Meta Ads Manager, 30 days to 4 Sep 2026, measured against LocaliQ's 2025 Facebook advertising benchmarks, all-industry cost per click for traffic campaigns. We publish the gap to the benchmark. Rates, spend, impression, reach, click and conversion figures stay in the client's accounts.

The results

//

Moved its core near-me searches into Google's top three.

From the lower half of page one, or page two, to the results people actually click.

//

Took treatments it had never ranked for straight to position one.

New pages that entered the results at the top, not the bottom.

//

Lifted its highest-volume treatment search from page eight to page two.

The biggest single climb, on the search that matters most.

Search impressions 46% higher with Mining Wells than in the prior period
Organic clicks from Google 20% higher with Mining Wells than in the prior period
Keywords by Google position band, previous six months versus last six months
406 keywords that ranked from zero, four of them entering at position one, 138 non-brand terms in the top three

Google Search Console. Impressions, clicks and the 406: May 25 to Aug 24 2026 against the equivalent prior window, shown as the change against that window rather than as the practice's own totals. Keywords by position: two six-month windows to Aug 24 2026. Some near-me results are locally influenced, where the click goes to the Business Profile rather than the site. That is the point of local search.

Business impact

The practice went from page two for most of what it sells to the top three for the searches people use when they are choosing a provider. A reputation earned in the room, more than 100 Google reviews at a perfect 5.0, now shows up where people decide: on the site, in the ads, and in search.

More than 80 of the neighbors got a reason to walk in, and left with a voucher to come back. The ads land on pages built for the search that brought them, and the clicks cost a fraction of what the industry pays.
