//Paid Advertising
Pay-per-click management for
accounts that already spend.
PPC means pay per click. You already have campaigns, a budget and a report you do not fully trust. We take over the account, audit it in writing, and manage it weekly against the only number that matters: what a booked customer costs.
Most PPC management services are invisible, which is the problem. The account runs, the invoice arrives, the dashboard shows clicks, and nobody has looked at the search terms in three months. Real pay-per-click management is a set of weekly routines: read the search terms, add the negatives, check the tracking, adjust the bids against the target, watch the pacing, rotate the ads, and write down what changed and why. Boring, and worth more than any clever campaign structure.
We manage existing Google, Meta and LinkedIn accounts for businesses in Orange County and across the country. The engagement starts with a written audit of your account, so you can see the wasted spend and the tracking gaps before we change anything. Then we manage it like the money is ours, report in plain English, and keep everything in your name.
//What you get
What PPC management includes.
Written account audit
Structure, search terms, wasted spend, conversion tracking, landing pages and settings, in a document you can read, with the fixes in priority order.
Weekly search term review
Every week, the searches that triggered your ads get read by a person. The irrelevant ones become negatives before they cost more.
Bid and budget management
Bid strategies and budgets adjusted against a target cost per customer, with pacing watched so the month does not end early.
Conversion tracking upkeep
Tracking breaks quietly when sites change. We check it, fix it, and keep the platforms learning from real customers.
Ad and creative rotation
Search ads refreshed against the winning queries, social creative rotated before fatigue eats the results.
Monthly plain-English report
What a customer cost, what changed, what we are testing next, and anything you should decide. No sixty-slide deck.
//What is usually broken
How a managed account goes quietly wrong.
Nobody has read the search term report since launch, so the account has accumulated months of irrelevant clicks.
The conversion action broke when the website changed, and smart bidding has been optimizing toward nothing for weeks.
The management fee is a percentage of spend, so the incentive is to spend more, not to spend well.
The monthly report is a screenshot of the platform dashboard, and the questions you actually have never get answered.

Sound familiar?
Most owners recognize at least one of these. The fix is usually smaller than the problem looks, and the first conversation costs nothing.

//How we work
How we take over an account.
Audit before touching
Read-only access first. A written audit of structure, spend, tracking and pages, so you see the problems and their size before we change a thing.
Fix the foundation
Tracking that counts customers, negatives that stop the bleed, structure a human can read. The unglamorous fixes come first because they pay first.
Manage weekly
Search terms, bids, budgets, ads and pacing on a schedule, with every change logged so you can see what we did and why.
Report against the target
One number leads the report: cost per booked customer against the target we set in month one. Everything else supports it.

That is the process.

//Two-minute quiz
Is PPC management your next dollar?
Four questions. At the end you get our honest read, including when the answer is “not this, not yet.”
Question 1 of 4
Are you currently spending on paid ads?
//Why trust us with it
Management you can see.
A change log, not a black box
Every change to your account is written down. You can read what we did on any week and why we did it.
Flat fees, not a cut of spend
We are not paid more when you spend more. The incentive should be a cheaper customer, and ours is.
Honest about the past
The audit says what was wrong without theater. Sometimes the previous vendor did fine and the tracking just broke. We say that too.
Your account, always
We are a user on an account you own. If we part ways, you keep the history, the data and every landing page.

You only pay when somebody clicks your ad, not when it is shown. Google calls the same thing cost per click, and the price you actually pay is usually less than the maximum you set.

Things we get asked first.
How is PPC management priced?
We charge a flat monthly fee for management, not a percentage of your ad spend, because a percentage rewards spending more rather than spending well. The ad budget itself is paid directly to the platforms from accounts you own. We quote after the audit, once we know the size of the job.
Will you audit the account before we commit?
Yes, and the audit stands on its own. You get a written document showing the wasted spend, the tracking gaps and the fixes in priority order. Some businesses take it to their existing vendor. That is fine with us.
Do you manage Meta and LinkedIn accounts, or just Google?
All three, and Local Services Ads. Most of our management clients run Google Search plus one social platform, and the same weekly routines apply with platform-specific checks.
How often will you actually work on the account?
Weekly, on a schedule, with the changes logged. Search terms, bids, budgets, pacing and tracking get checked every week. Larger structural changes are planned monthly and discussed with you first.
What if the previous agency set it up badly?
Then the audit will say so, specifically, and we will tell you whether it is a fix or a rebuild. Sometimes it is a dozen negatives and a landing page. Sometimes the structure has to be rebuilt to make smart bidding work. We do not rebuild for the sake of it.
Can you work alongside our in-house marketer?
Yes. In some cases we manage the account and your team handles creative and landing pages, or the reverse. The change log makes shared ownership workable because everyone can see what changed.
