In her role, she owns core go to market work across positioning, website and content strategy, organic growth, and campaign execution. Her focus is helping technical teams communicate value in a way real buyers understand and then building the systems that turn that clarity into consistent pipeline.
Outside of Spacial, Jessica supports Mining Wells Agency as an advisor, providing high level consulting and occasional project support across SEO, content, and conversion focused web experiences. She has built and led multiple companies, including a B2B SaaS startup and a marketing agency, and she brings an operator's mindset to every engagement. That means clear priorities, clean messaging, and repeatable growth systems that teams can actually maintain.

Ben Wells specializes in operations, business development, and revenue systems. He has helped organizations tighten their sales process, improve follow up, and implement the tracking needed to connect effort to outcomes.
