//Email Marketing
Email marketing for an audience you can take with you.
Your list is portable. Inbox placement is earned. We build the flows that turn subscribers, past customers and warm leads into revenue, then handle authentication, list hygiene and unsubscribe requirements so the program has a better chance of reaching the inbox.
Email has no media auction, but mailbox providers still decide what reaches the inbox. It works once you own a permission-based list and treat it well. An email marketing agency earns its fee on the patient, automated work: the welcome series, the abandoned-cart nudge, the post-purchase sequence, the win-back to customers who drifted, the review request at the right moment, and the newsletter people actually open. And on keeping the list clean, so all of it lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder.
We run email marketing for businesses in Orange County and across the US, to lists built from real opt-ins: customers, subscribers and inquiries. Our founders ran this playbook on their own business first, with a 65% reported open rate on a list built from scratch. For a medical practice client, we contacted more than 300 lapsed and current patients personally in about six weeks, from hand-screened lists. We do not send cold email to strangers, and we do not buy lists. Both destroy the one thing that makes the channel work.

Email needs a permission-based audience and a job to do.
We look at how the list was collected, recent engagement, the purchase or booking cycle and what is already automated. If the list is too small, too cold or the real problem sits somewhere else, we say so.
//What you get
What email marketing includes.
Platform and list setup
The right platform for your business, clean opt-in capture on the site and at the counter, and the list imported, segmented and de-duplicated properly.
Welcome and lifecycle flows
Welcome series, post-purchase, abandoned cart, re-engagement and win-back, triggered by what people do rather than sent to everyone at once.
Newsletters worth opening
Regular sends written like a person, with something useful in each one, on a cadence the list can sustain.
Review and referral requests
The ask at the right moment, helping the business earn more genuine reviews and make existing reputation easier to see. Google says review count and positive ratings can contribute to local prominence, but they are only part of local ranking.
Deliverability and hygiene
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured where the sending setup requires them, hard bounces removed, inactive contacts suppressed and complaint rates watched. For higher-volume Gmail senders, we also account for Google's bulk-sender requirements, including one-click unsubscribe for subscribed and marketing mail.
Reporting on revenue
Opens and clicks in the appendix. The report leads with bookings, orders and replies attributed to each flow.
//What is usually broken
Where email programs usually break.
The program is one newsletter sent to everybody instead of messages triggered by useful customer behavior.
Past customers disappear from communication after the sale.
The list is never cleaned, which increases bounce, complaint and deliverability risk.
New subscribers receive no useful welcome sequence while intent is still fresh.

Is email marketing your next dollar?
Four questions about your situation. At the end, send them to our founders and get a straight answer back.
Question 1 of 4
Do you have a list of customers or subscribers?
//How we work
Automate the timing, keep the caring.
- 01
Capture and welcome
Real opt-in capture and a welcome series, because the first message after signup is your warmest moment and the one most businesses waste.
- 02
Build the lifecycle flows
Post-purchase, abandoned cart, re-engagement and win-back, the automations that recover revenue quietly in the background while you run the business.
- 03
Write the sends
Newsletters and campaigns written like a person, with something worth reading, tested on subject lines and timing against real opens and revenue.
- 04
Protect deliverability
Clean opt-in, suppress dead weight, remove hard bounces, watch the complaint rate, and keep the authentication current.
No cost. Starts with a short conversation with our founders.
//The case for us
Why Trust Mining Wells
Email that feels like a courtesy.
Automate the timing, never the caring
A robot can decide when to send. A human still decides whether it should. We keep the moments that matter genuinely human.
We respect the law and the inbox
Real opt-in, a working unsubscribe in every message, and the compliance basics. An easy exit is a list cleaning itself, not a loss.
No purchased lists, no cold blasts
We do not buy or scrape lists and we do not send to strangers. Purchased contacts do not engage and they torch your sender reputation on the way out.
You own the list
Your audience and your platform stay in your name. If we part ways, the most valuable asset, the list, comes with you.

//Common questions
Things we get asked first.
What authentication does Gmail expect from email senders?
Gmail requires all senders to personal Gmail accounts to use SPF or DKIM. Senders above Google's bulk threshold face additional requirements, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Google, Email sender guidelinesWhat is one-click unsubscribe?
For subscribed and marketing messages from bulk senders, Gmail requires a one-click unsubscribe mechanism in addition to a clearly visible unsubscribe link in the message.
Google, Email sender guidelinesCan email open rates be trusted?
They are directional, not perfect. Privacy features such as Apple Mail Privacy Protection can preload tracking pixels and inflate reported opens, which is why clicks, replies, purchases and bookings are stronger measures of behavior.
Apple, Mail Privacy ProtectionWhat does CAN-SPAM require for commercial email?
The FTC requires accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid postal address and a clear way to opt out. Valid opt-out requests must be honored within 10 business days.
Federal Trade Commission, CAN-SPAM Act compliance guideDoes Mining Wells buy email lists?
No. Mining Wells' email-marketing service is for permission-based customer, subscriber and inquiry lists.
