//Paid Advertising
Google Ads run by people
who read the search terms.
Google Ads is the highest-intent advertising on earth and the easiest place to waste money quietly. We build Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube campaigns around your numbers, then manage them like the money is ours.
Someone typing "emergency plumber near me" or "med spa Westlake Village" is not browsing. They are trying to hire. Google Ads puts you in front of that moment, which is why it works so well and why a badly run account burns cash so fast: the platform will happily spend your budget on searches that only look related. A Google Ads agency earns its keep in the unglamorous parts, the negatives, the match types, the conversion tracking, the landing page, and the weekly search term review that keeps the account honest.
We run Google Ads for businesses in Orange County and across the country. We start with what a customer is worth to you, build the account so smart bidding has real conversions to learn from, and report cost per booked customer instead of clicks. You own the account. We are added as a user, and we would rather tell you to pause than run a campaign that does not pay.
//What you get
What Google Ads management includes.
Account audit or build
If you have an account, we audit structure, search terms, wasted spend and tracking before changing a bid. If you do not, we build one that a human can read and the platform can scale.
Keyword and intent research
The searches people type when they are ready to buy, sorted by intent, with the ones that only look relevant excluded on purpose.
Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube
The campaign types that fit your business, funded in order of intent. Not every business needs all four, and we will say which you do.
Conversion tracking and enhanced conversions
Calls, forms, bookings and revenue where possible, imported back into Google so bidding optimizes toward customers. The step most accounts skip.
Ad copy and assets
Responsive search ads written to match the query, with the proof and the offer in the headline, plus the extensions that earn more of the screen.
Weekly management and reporting
Search term reviews, negative keyword additions, bid strategy changes, budget pacing, and a monthly report in plain English.
//What is usually broken
Why your Google Ads account is leaking.
Broad match with no negatives, so half the budget goes to searches that only resemble what you sell.
Smart bidding is optimizing toward a conversion that is not a customer: a page view, a click on the phone icon, a form nobody follows up.
Every ad sends people to the homepage, where they have to find the thing they already told Google they wanted.
The report leads with impressions and clicks, which climb whether or not anyone booked, so nobody can tell if it is working.

Most owners recognize at least one of these. The fix is usually smaller than the problem looks, and the first conversation costs nothing.

//How we work
How we run a Google Ads account.
Set the numbers
Customer value, close rate and break-even cost per lead. Then a target cost per booked customer that the account is judged against from day one.
Build for intent
Tight ad groups around how people actually search, exact and phrase match where the intent is clear, negatives added before the first dollar spends.
Make the click land
A landing page per offer that echoes the search, loads fast on a phone, and makes the call or the booking the obvious next step.
Manage weekly, report monthly
Search terms reviewed every week, bids and budgets adjusted against the target, and a monthly note that says what changed and why.

That is the process.

Ads built on what people actually search for
Deep keyword research first, then landing pages built for those searches and campaigns with the messaging built around them, for a med spa that sat on page two for most of what it sells. The clicks cost a fraction of the industry average.

//Two-minute quiz
Is Google Ads the right next dollar for you?
Four questions. At the end you get our honest read, including when the answer is “not this, not yet.”
Question 1 of 4
When someone needs what you sell, do they search for it?
//Why trust us with it
The honest version of Google Ads.
We read the search terms
Every week. It is the least glamorous job in paid search and the one that separates an account that pays from one that leaks.
No vanity metrics
Impressions and clicks go in the appendix. The report leads with booked customers and what they cost.
You own the account
The Google Ads account, the conversion data and the history stay in your name. If we part ways, nothing has to be rebuilt.
We will pause it
When a campaign is not producing, we stop it and say why. Spending your money to look busy is not a service.

What the initials actually mean.
Defined in a sentence, with a link to the organisation that owns the term.
You only pay when somebody clicks your ad, not when it is shown. Google calls the same thing cost per click, and the price you actually pay is usually less than the maximum you set.
Source: Google Ads Help: cost per clickThe amount one click costs you. It moves with competition and with how relevant your ad and landing page are, which is why the same click can cost a competitor more than it costs you.

Things we get asked first.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Ask us and we will give you a number after we have looked at your account and your market. What we will not do is quote a percentage of spend before knowing whether spend is even the right lever. Management fees are month to month, and the ad budget itself is paid directly to Google from your own account.
Should I use Performance Max?
Sometimes. Performance Max works when the conversion tracking is clean and the business has enough conversions for the system to learn from. Fed bad conversion data, it optimizes toward the wrong thing at scale. We usually start with Search, prove the tracking, then add Performance Max where it earns its place.
Can you take over an account someone else built?
Yes, and we do it often. We audit it first, in writing, so you can see the wasted spend, the tracking gaps and the structural problems before we change anything. Sometimes the right call is a rebuild. Sometimes it is a dozen negatives and a landing page.
How long before Google Ads produces customers?
Search campaigns can produce booked customers within the first few weeks, because the intent is already there. What takes longer is efficiency: the first month is a structured test, the second tightens what worked, and by the third the account usually knows its true cost per customer.
Do you write the ads and build the landing pages?
Yes, both. The ad and the page are one system, and handing one to a different vendor is how message match breaks. We write the ads, build the page, and tune both against the search terms that actually convert.
Do I need Google Ads if I already rank organically?
Maybe not for the terms you already own. That is the point of planning paid and organic search together: we bid where you do not rank and where the intent is high, and we stop paying for clicks you already earn.
