//SEO
Local SEO for the searches closest to a decision.
Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence. We work on the profile, website, reviews and local authority around the market you actually serve, then report on the actions that matter.
Local Search has a published framework. Relevance is how well the business matches the search. Distance is how close it is to the searcher. Prominence reflects how well-known the business is, including information such as reviews and links. Google does not publish a fixed weighting or a universal order for those factors.
We do local SEO for businesses in Orange County and across the United States, from a base in Irvine, California. A medical practice went from page two for most of what it sells to nearly 140 non-brand terms in Google's top three, including the near-me searches that bring people through the door. We built our own local footprint the same way, with location guides across every California metro, and it ranks. Google's ranking framework is the same. The competitive gap is not. A plumber in Anaheim and a dentist in Sacramento can need very different work, which is why we audit the actual market before setting the scope.

Local SEO matters when geography matters to the sale.
We look at how customers search, where the business is eligible to appear and what Google already shows before setting the scope. If geography is not part of the buying decision, broader SEO may deserve the budget instead.
//What you get
What local SEO includes.
Local audit against the pack
Your profile, site and reviews measured against the businesses actually winning the Map Pack in your market, in plain language.
Google Business Profile optimization
Categories, services, hours, attributes, photos and customer information kept complete and accurate, with the profile managed as an important local-search surface.
Reviews and responses
A compliant ask-flow for genuine customers, plus useful responses. Google says review count and positive ratings can help local ranking, but it does not publish review cadence as a separate ranking factor.
Location and service pages
Dedicated service and location pages where each page has a real purpose, distinct information and enough local value to stand on its own.
Citations and consistency
Name, address and phone consistent across the directories that matter, and the ones that do not left alone.
Local reporting
Calls, direction requests, website clicks and Map Pack positions by area, not raw impressions.
//Google's local ranking framework
Three factors Google actually names.
Google does not publish review velocity as a fourth factor, and no agency can change the searcher's physical distance from the business.
Relevance
How well the Business Profile matches what somebody is searching for. Complete, accurate information helps Google understand the business.
Distance
How far the business is from the searcher or the location used in the search. No agency controls this.
Prominence
How well-known the business is. Google says reviews and links are among the information that can contribute.

Does geography belong in your search strategy?
Four questions give our founders useful context. They do not generate an automatic prescription.
Question 1 of 4
Do customers come to you, or do you go to them, within an area?
//How we work
How we work on local visibility.
- 01
Audit the pack, not just the site
Who wins your searches today, why, and how far you are from them on each factor. That gap sets the plan.
- 02
Fix the biggest gap first
Sometimes the profile is the obvious constraint. Sometimes it is the website, reviews, location eligibility or local authority. The audit decides the sequence.
- 03
Build a compliant review process
Make it easy to ask genuine customers for feedback and respond consistently. We do not sell review cadence as a secret ranking factor Google has never published.
- 04
Build only the pages that earn their place
Useful service and location pages, accurate business information on important directories, and reporting on the local actions and visibility that matter.
No cost. Starts with a short conversation with our founders.
//The case for us
Local SEO without the tricks.
No fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed names
Both get profiles suspended, and reinstatement is slow and ugly. We build real velocity from real customers.
No doorway pages
Google defines substantially similar city or region pages that mainly funnel visitors elsewhere as doorway abuse. We build a separate location page only when it can provide useful standalone value.
No promised Map Pack spots
Distance is outside an agency's control. We work the pieces you can influence: relevance, accurate information, useful content, legitimate reviews and the signals that contribute to prominence.
You own every asset
The profile, the pages, the review flow, the reports. If we part ways, all of it stays with you, working.
