SMS Terms and Conditions

Text messages come from Mining Wells LLC, a marketing agency in Irvine, California, doing business as Mining Wells Marketing Agency, sent from (949) 432-6024. Every message identifies us by name. You can call or text that same number, or email hello@miningwells.com.

One-to-one conversational messages with people who have contacted us about our marketing services. In practice that means replying to your inquiry, answering questions about the work, arranging a time to talk, and following up on a project we are already discussing or running for you.

We do not send bulk marketing blasts, and we do not text people who have not contacted us first. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.

You give us your mobile number and consent in one of these ways:

• You submit a form on miningwells.com that includes a phone field. The consent language appears directly beneath the form, on the same screen, before you submit.
• You text or call us first at the number above.
• You give a founder your number during a call or meeting and ask us to text you.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You can work with Mining Wells without agreeing to receive text messages, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your project.

Message frequency varies. These are real conversations rather than a scheduled campaign, so you may exchange several messages with us in a day while we are working something out, and then none for weeks.

Message and data rates may apply. Mining Wells does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or simply tell us during a call or by email, and we will honor it.

After you opt out you will receive one message confirming that we have stopped. You can opt back in at any time by texting START.

Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with our contact details. You can also call or text (949) 432-6024 or email hello@miningwells.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The only parties who touch your number are the service providers who help us send and receive the messages, and they may use it only to deliver them, never for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected on this site are never passed to the advertising tools described in our privacy policy.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Our Privacy Policy explains everything else we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. These SMS terms and that policy are the only documents governing our text messages to you.
