    Your free website preview

After our first discovery call with the founders, we design a preview of your website and send you a private link. It stays live for 14 days.

  4. 4

    You decide

Love the preview? Then you pay and we start the work.

  5. 5

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build a Castle Pines business website without a local office?

You do not need a Castle Pines office for the project. Drafts are reviewed over video, and the smaller changes travel by phone or email from our Irvine office. Our founders, Jessica and Ben Wells, make the final calls with you.

Should a Castle Pines medical practice have a billing-statement glossary?

A glossary can define the billing terms that appear on the practice's own statements. Keep insurance coverage separate and do not tell patients what a plan will pay.

Does a Castle Pines dental practice need a patient-rights page?

Use the practice's current, approved language and link to any required notices rather than rewriting them loosely. Give patients one clear place to find the information again later.

Should a Castle Pines builder publish subcontractor standards on its website?

A builder can explain the standards it uses to select and manage subcontractors without naming companies it has not been authorized to feature. Keep the page about the builder's process, not vague quality claims.

Could a Castle Pines restaurant use a history timeline on its website?

Yes, when the restaurant has real dates, owners or milestones worth showing. Keep the timeline short and factual, and leave out stories the business cannot document.

Should a Castle Pines business name the city in its local business markup?

The City says Castle Pines was incorporated in 2008 and is home to about 16,000 residents. A business inside city limits can list Castle Pines as its city in the site's local business markup and footer address, so search engines and visitors see the same place name everywhere.

What does the website package include?

A custom website of up to 15 pages, built for desktop, tablet and mobile. SEO setup for Google and AI search, page titles, descriptions and clean web addresses, business details marked up for Google, fast loading and compressed images, a contact form, booking link and analytics, and three rounds of changes. More pages are quoted before we start. Hosting and monthly care are separate.

Does SEO-optimized mean you guarantee rankings?

No. We build your site so Google and AI search tools can understand your business clearly. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.

Why is the website preview free?

We'd rather show you what we can do than ask you to imagine it from a proposal. We take on 3 to 5 previews a week, after we review each project.

How many rounds of changes do I get?

Three full rounds of changes on your finished pages before launch. Typos and small fixes never count as a round. If you want more rounds, we quote them before we start.

Who will I work with?

Our founders, Jessica and Ben Wells. You talk to the people building your site, not an account manager.
