Can you run an Alpine or Highland website project from Irvine?

Use the builder's own terms for allowances and explain where they enter the project. Keep client-specific amounts and selections out of the public glossary.

Does a Highland builder need a subcontractor-standards page?

A standards page can explain how the builder qualifies, coordinates and reviews subcontracted work. Avoid naming a subcontractor unless the relationship is current and the company has permission.

Should an Alpine shop use a lookbook page?

A lookbook works when products are easier to understand in finished rooms, outfits or other real settings. Use current products and label items only when the shop can still sell them.

Should a Highland medical practice link provider bios to credential verification?

Yes, when the licensing or board source is public and current. Link only to records the practice has checked, and keep the bio itself accurate when a credential changes.

Should an Alpine or Highland builder use a zoning-source panel on its website?

Highland City says its Planning Department administers zoning criteria through the Development Code, and Alpine City keeps its own planning and zoning rules. A source panel can link to each city's pages so clients can check current requirements without the builder copying them.

What does the website package include?

A custom website of up to 15 pages, built for desktop, tablet and mobile. SEO setup for Google and AI search, page titles, descriptions and clean web addresses, business details marked up for Google, fast loading and compressed images, a contact form, booking link and analytics, and three rounds of changes. More pages are quoted before we start. Hosting and monthly care are separate.

Does SEO-optimized mean you guarantee rankings?

No. We build your site so Google and AI search tools can understand your business clearly. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings.

Why is the website preview free?

We'd rather show you what we can do than ask you to imagine it from a proposal. We take on 3 to 5 previews a week, after we review each project.

How many rounds of changes do I get?

Three full rounds of changes on your finished pages before launch. Typos and small fixes never count as a round. If you want more rounds, we quote them before we start.

Who will I work with?
