//Free paid ads teardown
Find out why your ads are not turning into customers.
Send us your website and, if you have one, access to your ad account. A senior operator will go through the whole chain, the objective, the audience, the offer, the landing page, the tracking, and send you a written teardown of what is actually leaking and what we would fix first. Free, specific to your account, and yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
- What a customer is worth to you versus what a click costs, and whether the math works at all
- The campaign settings quietly optimizing for the wrong thing
- Where the landing page undoes the click
- Whether your tracking can even see a booked customer
- The first three changes we would make, in order

Takes sixty seconds. We do the rest.
Results you can check, not promises.
Revenue growth for a multi-location retail client while we ran their search and content, with 300+ keywords moved from page 3 to the top 3.
Revenue growth and 600% customer growth for a consumer brand, with email running at a 65%+ open rate.
Pipeline generated in under three months for a digital product agency.
Results are specific to each client and their market. Yours will be measured against targets we map together in month one.
What lands in your inbox.
A written document, specific to your account and your market. Not a sales deck with your logo dropped in. Here is what is in it.
Your unit economics, worked out
What a customer is worth to you, what a click costs in your market, and therefore the most you can pay for a lead and still make money. Most owners have never seen this number written down. It decides everything after it.
The settings quietly working against you
The campaign objective, bidding strategy, audience and match types in your account, and which of them are optimizing for something other than a booked customer.
Your landing page, scored against the click
Where the page breaks the promise the ad made, in order of how much it costs you. The headline, the offer, the form, the speed, and what we would change first.
Whether your tracking can see a customer
Most accounts count clicks, some count form fills, almost none count a booked customer. We tell you exactly what yours can and cannot see, and what it would take to close the gap.
Your three highest-leverage fixes, in order
Not a list of everything wrong. The three changes that move the most, sequenced so the first one funds the second. If you do nothing else, do these.
The right order to run your channels in
Paid, search, your Google listing, your list. They compound in a specific order for your market, and running them in the wrong one is how budgets disappear. We tell you the sequence, and which one should be carrying the weight right now.
How the teardown works.
You send the basics
Your website, your current spend if any, and read-only access to the ad account if you have one. Sixty seconds.
A senior operator goes through it
Not a junior with a checklist and not a bot. The person who would run your account reads your account.
You get a written teardown
What is leaking, in what order to fix it, and what we would do first. It is yours whether or not you hire us.
Why the teardown is worth having, even if you never hire us.
Most ad accounts fail for boring reasons: the wrong objective, an audience that is too broad, a weak offer, or a landing page that undoes the click. Agencies rarely say so, because the fix is often not more spend. We say so, because we grew companies in a category that could not buy ads at all before we ever ran a campaign, and we know the difference between rented traffic and earned traffic.
If we do work together, the pricing is published: a one-time build, then $1,500 a month or 20 percent of your approved media budget, whichever is greater, with a minimum media budget so the math always works for both sides. Everything you pay for stays yours. If we do not work together, you still have the teardown.
